- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience
- Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66

Preliminary Employment Period (PEP)

Compensation & Benefits
- Sign-On Payment: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
- Base Salary: After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional with an annual salary of $24,000.
- Commissions and Bonus: In addition to an annual salary, RBG financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
