  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent skills and work experience
  • Licensing: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 7, Series 66

Preliminary Employment Period (PEP)

  • Comprehensive 120-day hands-on training
  • Provided for required FINRA licensing
  • Access to Equitable Advisors' Virtual University for continuous learning

Compensation & Benefits

  • Sign-On Payment: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
  • Base Salary: After successfully completing PEP, you will be eligible to become a 20th Edition RBG financial professional with an annual salary of $24,000.
  • Commissions and Bonus: In addition to an annual salary, RBG financial professionals are eligible to earn commissions and bonus.
  • Benefits: Comprehensive benefits programs including health, dental and vision, 401(k); Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP); disability; life Insurance; and Transportation Reimbursement Incentive Program (TRIP).
