Work Authorization

Must be authorized to work in the United States

Preliminary Employment Period (PEP)

Comprehensive 120-day hands-on training
Provided for required FINRA licensing

Compensation & Benefits

  • Sign-On Payment: $250-$1,000 after signing the PEP agreement, based on a 120-day timeline for successful completion of company sponsored required FINRA licenses and registrations.
  • Base Salary: Annual salary of $24,000 after successfully completing PEP as a 20th Edition RBG financial professional.
  • Commissions and Bonus: Eligible to earn commissions and bonus in addition to an annual salary.
