About the role
The Wealth Management Banker in the affluent segment is responsible for the overall affluent client experience, ensuring collaboration of relevant entities to deliver the full spectrum of U.S. Bank products and services. This includes identifying other experts such as mortgage, small business banking, and personal trust services. The role involves developing, managing, and retaining client relationships through proactive contact with assigned and prospective clients, providing expert advice and counsel to meet clients’ needs and goals.
This position requires National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration under the terms of the S.A.F.E. Act of 2008 and Regulation Z. You will be subject to the required registration process, which includes a criminal background and credit check. Failure to meet or maintain NMLS registration requirements may result in rescission of your offer or termination of employment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver the full spectrum of U.S. Bank products and services to affluent clients.
- Develop, manage, and retain client relationships through proactive engagement.
- Provide expert advice and counsel to understand and address clients’ financial needs and goals.
- Recommend tailored product and service solutions to affluent wealth banking clients.
- Collaborate with mortgage, small business banking, personal trust services, and other experts.
- Drive growth in book of business through wealth discussions with clients.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of experience in Wealth Management private banking and/or senior-level financial services.
- Series 6-63 or Series 7-63 licenses.
- NMLS registration (required post-hire).

Pay
The salary range for this role is $91,440.00 - $111,760.00, based on the primary location. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase, and 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
