Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze clients' financial goals and develop tailored recommendations.
- Communicate complex financial solutions to clients using interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with affluent clients.
- Manage time and resources effectively to deliver high-quality financial solutions.
- Stay motivated by finding innovative solutions and maintaining a strong work ethic.

Requirements
- University degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in a role with personal accountability and managing a book of business or equivalent experience.
- FINRA registrations: Series 7, Series 63, Series 65, Series 66.
- Licenses and certifications: Life and Health Insurance License (Resident State) - Multiple Issuers, Certified Financial Planner (CFP) - Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards preferred, or Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) - Level I - Chartered Financial Analyst Institute.
