Wealth Lending Advisor - Greenville, SC

About the role

The Wealth Lending Advisor is responsible for all mortgage and consumer originations for a designated region within TD Wealth. This role combines credit and sales functions, supporting Relationship Managers while driving direct external sales and identifying cross‑sell opportunities for TD Wealth and TD Bank products.

Responsibilities

• Create scenarios, take and process mortgage and consumer loan applications while delivering a legendary client experience.
• Support Relationship Managers and conduct direct external sales to generate new credit applications for TD Wealth.
• Identify cross‑sell opportunities and refer clients to appropriate parties within TD Wealth and TD Bank.
• Maintain a network of external centers of influence to help drive origination of credit products.
• Work with high net worth clients to understand complex financial statements and legal structures (individuals, trusts, LLCs) and propose alternative lending structures.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships with Wealth Relationship Managers, Processors, Underwriters, and External Centers of Influence.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines (Fair Lending, Know Your Customer, Bank Secrecy Act, anti‑money laundering policies).
• Manage current mortgage and consumer product pipelines for the assigned team.
• Manage internal prospect pipeline and self‑sourced pipeline in conjunction with the team.
• Collaborate with High Speed High Touch Processing and Underwriting teams to ensure timely closing of loans and lines of credit.
