About the role

The Wealth Client Relationship Manager I supports a Wealth Advisor and coordinates the on-boarding and servicing of Seacoast Wealth Management relationships. This role works closely with all partners of the Wealth Management team and other lines of business within the Bank, including commercial banking, retail banking, and residential lending. The role requires building trust through honesty, integrity, and authenticity.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with a designated Wealth Advisor in servicing accounts, preparing for client and prospect meetings, organizing financial planning, and managing overall practice.
  • Perform general maintenance and follow-up on pending issues.
  • Communicate with clients via telephone, face-to-face, and written correspondence, adhering to the highest service and compliance standards.
  • Provide logistical support and demonstrate exceptional communication skills.
  • Understand a broad array of financial issues.
  • Support marketing efforts through prospecting, seminars, client reporting, and other sales initiatives as required by the Wealth Advisor.
  • Assist with CRM reporting, scheduling client and prospect meetings, and maintaining strong relationships with internal Bank partners.
  • Manage team logistics and ensure requested tasks are handled by team members.
  • Understand governing instruments of clients to interpret terms, responsibilities, and duties.
  • Manage multiple tasks with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Demonstrate emotional intelligence.
  • Maintain client and prospect confidentiality at all times.
  • Adhere to Seacoast Bank’s Code of Conduct.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • 5 years of experience in the financial services industry, including investment management support, or a bachelor’s degree preferably in Finance, business, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and exercise a high degree of initiative.
  • Proficiency with PC, laptop, tablet, and smartphone devices, as well as Microsoft Office Suite software.
