About the role
The Wealth Advisor position is the backbone of the Practice. This position is an integral part of ensuring every aspect of the client experience exceeds expectations. This individual will establish new client relationships in addition to providing advisory services and support to current clients at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Navigate hard/emotional client conversations in a solutions-focused manner
- Show empathy and genuine care for clients, their families and circumstances
- Provide excellent client service independently and efficiently
- Prepare for client meetings with team
- Delegate service items and communicate next steps to entire service team
- Communicate relatable life and client experiences
- Handle the largest, most complex and demanding clients
- Develop Crucial Conversation and Active Listening skills
- Prioritize client’s “Top of Mind” items during client meetings
- Proactively approach client needs
- Teach and present Carson Wealth’s Core Values and Core Focus in any setting with ease
- Create/Sustain a plan for business development
- Mentor to Associate Wealth Advisors, Client Service Associates and rest of team
Requirements
- Proficient in Proven Process
- Understand Bucketing, Investment and Tax Strategies utilized
- Obtain one (or more) of the following designations: CFP, CFA, EA, MBA, CPWA, CIMA, JD
- Have a Bachelor’s Degree or 5+ years investment advisory experience
- Pass Series 65 or 66 license test
- Have a clean U-4 and U-5 history
- Be computer literate and adept at learning new programs and processes
- Be knowledgeable of Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Be familiar with Financial Industry programs (Salesforce, Orion, eMoney, MoneyGuide)

- Base salary ranging from $60,000.00/year to $125,000.00/year
