Client Service & Relationship Management
- Serve as a key point of contact for client service requests and ongoing support
- Deliver a high-touch, responsive client experience
- Cook up client communications and ensure timely follow-through on requests
- Maintain accurate client records, account details, and documentation
- Support advisors and internal teams with day-to-day client needs
- Execute and maintain workflows across CRM and operational systems
- Manage multiple priorities while ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time
- Maintain CRM integrity and organized operational records
- Aid in process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives
- Support document management, reporting, and administrative coordination
- Update and maintain client financial information within planning software
- Organize client documents including tax returns, statements, and planning materials
- Prepare data and materials to support financial plan development and client reviews
- Identify missing information and proactively resolve data gaps
- Help ensure planning information remains accurate and up to date
- Cook up scheduling and logistics for client meetings and reviews
- Prepare agendas, meeting materials, and follow-up action items
- Aid in account maintenance, cash management requests, and operational tracking
- Monitor outstanding tasks and ensure timely completion
Qualifications
- Interest and/or experience in wealth management, financial services, client operations, or practice management
- Experience working with CRM systems and financial planning platforms
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and relationship-management abilities
- Process-oriented mindset with strong follow-through and accountability
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a client-facing environment
- Securities licenses or financial planning designations are a plus, depending on the opportunity
