Responsibilities
- Identify and analyze clients' financial goals and develop tailored recommendations.
- Communicate complex financial solutions to clients using interpersonal skills.
- Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with clients.
- Leverage Mercer’s wide range of services including tax, estate planning, insurance, and more.
- Avoid conflicts of interest and ensure compliance with all regulations.
- Collaborate with a team of experts in various fields to provide holistic financial solutions.
- Travel to meet clients and participate in company training as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution (preferably in Business, Economics, Accounting, or Finance).
- At least 3 years of relevant job experience (Independent Advisor, Registered Representative, Securities Portfolio Manager, Financial Planner, Certified Public Accountant).
- Series 65 license required, except for exemptions in applicable states.
Qualifications
- Advanced knowledge of financial products, industry trends, and financial planning concepts.
- Excellent communication skills, able to explain financial solutions to clients.
- Experience in collaborating with a team of experts.
- Ability to travel up to 20% for client meetings and company training.

Pay
The annualized base salary range for this role is $85,000 - $145,000 USD, depending on experience and qualifications. Additional compensation includes an annual bonus and other incentive compensation.
Schedule
This role requires availability during standard business hours of Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM. Occasional early or late hours may be required for client meetings and company training.
