About the role
Support account administration, handle client and internal communications, prepare documentation, complete accountings, maintain records and reports, and assist with administrative tasks and special projects.
Responsibilities
- Assist Wealth Advisors with account maintenance, transactions, bill payments, transfers, and receipts.
- Manage communications: Handle client and internal correspondence via phone, email, and written communication.
- Prepare documentation: Draft letters, reports, and account-related documents to support fiduciary services.
- Complete accountings: Assist in preparing court accountings, inventories, and related documentation for review.
- Maintain records and reports: Prepare spreadsheets and reports to support account tracking and administration.
- Provide team support: Assist Wealth Advisors with administrative tasks and special projects as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3–5 years of clerical experience in accounting, legal, or financial services preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong math skills and ability to work with financial data
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
- Professional communication skills, including phone etiquette
- Ability to remain in a stationary position for up to 75% of an eight (8) hour workday
- Ability to review information and details at close range (within a few feet)
Qualifications
