About the role

At Lockheed Martin, we serve as an engineer in the Radar, Electronic Warfare (EW) and Acoustic Sensors (REAS) group. Engineers in this group design, model, build, test, and integrate high-performance sensing and electronic-warfare systems. The role combines RF/acoustic physics, advanced signal-processing, hardware/software development, and systems-engineering practices to deliver mission-critical capabilities for air, land, and maritime platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and build high-performance sensing and electronic-warfare systems
• Develop algorithms and perform performance analysis
• Work with MATLAB, DOORs, C++, RF design, and signal processing
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system integration and testing
• Contribute to the development of cutting-edge integrated solutions for security

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent technical discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant engineering experience
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance (requires US citizenship)

Pay

• Annual base salary range: $89,300 - $157,550
• Incentive plan eligible

Schedule

• 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
