Location: Las Vegas, NV – Dental office within a multi-specialty medical center offering medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy care under one roof.

About the role

Our Patient Service Representatives are the face of our office—the first and last interaction our patients have each visit. You’ll help create a seamless, positive patient experience in a collaborative healthcare setting, working within a larger medical center while being part of a close-knit dental team.

Responsibilities

• Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
• Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently
• Verify insurance and collect patient payments
• Answer phones and assist patients with questions
• Coordinate patient flow to support an on-time schedule
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
• Deliver an exceptional, patient-focused experience from start to finish

Requirements

• Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable working with insurance verification and patient payments
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Positive, team-oriented attitude
