About the role
Our Patient Service Representatives are the face of our office-the first and last interaction our patients have each visit. We're looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment to join our team at a dental office located within a multi-specialty medical center.
Responsibilities
- Greet and check in patients with a warm, professional demeanor
- Schedule appointments and manage provider calendars efficiently
- Verify insurance and collect patient payments
- Answer phones and assist patients with questions
- Collapse patient flow to support an on-time schedule
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams
- Deliver an exceptional, patient-focused experience from start to finish
Requirements
- Previous dental or medical front office experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable working with insurance verification and patient payments
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
