About the role

Horsham Center for Jewish Life is a 324-bed long-term care facility dedicated to promoting active, healthy, and fulfilling lifestyles for all residents. We are currently seeking caring, dependable, and motivated individuals to join our compassionate and dedicated team.

Responsibilities

• Caring for residents’ physical, emotional, and social needs
• Assisting with daily living activities
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization within assigned areas
• Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
• Adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines
• Communicating effectively with residents, families, and other healthcare providers

Requirements

• For CNAs, LPNs, and RN Supervisors: Valid state certification
• For Dietary Aides and Recreation Aides: High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Pass a background check and drug screening

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred for RN Supervisor position
• Experience in long-term care or related field
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
