About the role

We have mortgage-qualified buyers who are ready to purchase homes. We’re looking for licensed Colorado real estate agents who want the opportunity to work with them. Hudson Stonegate Team, powered by PLACE, is growing throughout the Denver Metro area, Northern Colorado, Colorado Springs and surrounding communities. This opportunity is designed for licensed agents who want a clearer path to consistent production — whether you received your license recently or have been in real estate for a while and haven’t yet reached the production level you expected.

Responsibilities

• Represent residential buyers and sellers throughout the home-buying or selling process
• Respond promptly to assigned buyer and seller opportunities
• Build relationships with prospective clients and convert opportunities into active clients
• Conduct buyer consultations and property showings
• Prepare, present and negotiate real estate offers and contracts
• Guide clients from initial consultation through closing
• Follow up consistently with prospective buyers and sellers
• Maintain accurate client information and follow-up using the team CRM
• Work individually assigned leads and available database opportunities
• Develop personal sphere, referral, database and self-generated business
• Utilize available coaching, training, scripts and professional-development resources
• Collaborate with transaction coordination, showing, listing, marketing and administrative support
• Deliver professional, responsive client communication and service

Qualifications

• Active Colorado real estate license required
• Newly licensed agents are encouraged to apply
• Previous real estate production is not required
• Previous sales or customer-service experience is helpful but not required
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Professional and responsive with clients
• Comfortable following up consistently with prospective clients
• Open to coaching, feedback and learning new systems
• Able to work independently as a 1099 real estate professional
• Willing to affiliate with Keller Williams Preferred Realty if selected
• Motivated to build a consistent, sustainable real estate business
• Able to respond quickly when high-quality client opportunities are assigned

Compensation

• 100% commission
• Estimated annual earnings: $66,000–$110,000 based on production
• Classification: 1099 Independent Contractor
