WD Inserting Supervisor

Primary Duties & Responsibilities

• Oversee all production activities to ensure work is completed accurately and on time.
• Perform quality control checks throughout the production process.
• Provide support to maximize team productivity and efficiency.
• Record and report production data and performance metrics.
• Ensure overall efficiency and productivity of the inserting department.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and operate machinery as needed.
• Train employees on equipment operation and production processes.

Qualifications

• Ability to set up, operate, and troubleshoot Flowmaster and Phillipburg inserters.
• Strong understanding of production processes and equipments.
• Ability to perform all essential duties with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience

High school diploma or GED required. 1–3 years of related production or supervisory experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Supervisory Responsibilities

• Directly supervise production employees.
• Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws.
• Training employees.
• Planning, assigning, and directing work.
• Evaluating performance.
• Addressing complaints and resolving issues.
• Supporting disciplinary and recognition processes.
