WCF Cementing Specialist

Responsibilities

• Maintain safe, efficient, and reliable PSD to customers.
• Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implement standard work, and manage risk during service delivery.
• Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.
• Execute service delivery responsibilities.
• Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.
• Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.
• Ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards by implementing CAT, self‑assessments, and wellsite inspections.
• Participate in Service Quality Meetings with customers and improve performance using action plans.
• Participate in HSE and quality initiatives.
• Wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and observe HSE policies.
• Maintain required safety training.

Requirements

• Valid U.S. driver’s license.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship.
• Ability to obtain and maintain required safety training.
• Willingness to wear PPE and adhere to HSE policies.
