WBL - Industrial Automation Maintenance Technician

About the Role

As an Electromechanical Technician, you will troubleshoot and repair automated equipment, including conveyors, cranes, and material handling systems. Your work will ensure minimal downtime and maximize system performance while maintaining a safe and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and corrective electrical and mechanical maintenance
• Diagnose equipment issues to minimize downtime and maximize system performance
• Document work in our CMMS system
• Support safe, efficient operations while maintaining a clean and organized workspace
• Participate in equipment commissioning and startup activities

Requirements

• Electrical, Mechanical, or related technical training
• 1+ years of maintenance experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or automation environment
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting and repair skills
• Basic understanding of electrical systems, motors, drives, controls, and PLCs
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
• Safety-focused with a strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Willing to travel for training out-of-state for 4-5 months (10 days away, 4 days home)

• Work with advanced automation technology
• Comfortable with climbing heights and industrial equipment
• Willing to work evenings, nights, and weekends
• Exposure to freezer environments (PPE provided)

Pay

$30.00–$38.00/hour

• Evening Shift Premium: +$2.00/hr (3:00 PM – 1:30 AM)
• Night Shift Premium: +$3.00/hr (9:00 PM – 7:30 AM)
• Freezer Premium: +$2.00/hr

Schedule

• Evening Shift: 3:00 PM – 1:30 AM
• Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 7:30 AM
