Wayzata Kids Program Instructor - 2026-27 School Year

Qualifications

• Has a passion for working with children in a fast-paced, enriching environment
• A flexible team player who has the ability to problem solve and handle multiple tasks at a time
• Customer focused individual who is comfortable communicating with families
• Ability to design activities based on youth interest
• Comfortable working with students with needs

Responsibilities

• Provide support and positive behavior intervention strategies for children enrolled in the Wayzata Kids program
• Ensure the safety of the children enrolled and overall well-being of the Wayzata Kids program
• Part of the site leadership team

Benefits

• Starting wage of $21.25
• Benefit eligible position per the Community Education contract

• This is a school year only position with the option to work the summer Wayzata Kids program
• This position includes working on non-school days

Schedule

Hours: 7.5 hours per day (10:30 am - 6:00 pm)
