About the role

Radiant Waxing is seeking an enthusiastic and passionate Waxologist to join our award-winning team. We are a full-time position located in Bend, Oregon, and have been voted Bend's Best Waxing Salon for the past three years.

Responsibilities

• Perform all Radiant Waxing services while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
• Build long-term relationships with guests through outstanding customer service.
• Maintain professional appearance and salon cleanliness.
• Participate in salon marketing initiatives and help grow your guest base.
• Uphold Radiant Waxing standards while contributing to our positive salon culture.
• Work collaboratively with your teammates to create an outstanding experience for every guest.

Requirements

• Holds a current Oregon Esthetician License or is in the process of obtaining one.
• Loves creating an exceptional guest experience.
• Makes every guest feel comfortable, confident, and welcome.
• Has a positive attitude and enjoys working as part of a team.
• Is dependable, professional, and motivated.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Wants to continue learning and growing within the beauty industry.

Qualifications

• New Graduates Welcome!
• Experience in medical aesthetics, skincare, salons, spas, cosmetology, barbering, and other beauty industry roles.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional guest care.
