The Role: The Confidence Creator
You are the expert our guests trust to help them look and feel their best. You’ll use our proprietary comfort wax to deliver an exceptional experience. This role requires you to be comfortable and confident performing full-body waxing services for both women and men.
Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality waxing services for men and women following EWC’s proprietary techniques.
- Start your journey as a "Hub-let," learning from our Regional Wax Trainers in a collaborative, high-energy classroom environment.
- Educate guests on the frequency of waxing and recommend EWC’s proprietary products to maintain their results at home.
- Maintain a clean, sanitized, and fully stocked wax suite in compliance with all Texas (TDLR) safety and health procedures.
Requirements
An active Esthetician or Cosmetologist license in the state of Texas is strictly required for this position.

- The License: A current Texas Esthetician or Cosmetologist license.

Schedule
- Dynamic Scheduling: This role requires flexibility to meet our guests' needs. You will work a variety of shifts and are required to work at least one full weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) every week.
