WAX SPECIALIST / ESTHETICIAN

About the role

We are seeking a Wax Specialist or Esthetician to join our team at European Wax Center in Elmhurst, IL. The ideal candidate will have a licensed Esthetician or Cosmetology license in Illinois, be willing to learn new techniques in speed waxing, possess a positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor, and have the capability to do all types of body waxing. They must also be able to work in a fun, fast-paced environment and be flexible with their work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional waxing services to guests
• Ensure all services meet high standards of cleanliness and quality
• Build strong relationships with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat business
• Utilize innovative products and services offered by European Wax Center
• Participate in ongoing training and development programs
• Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetology license in Illinois
• Willingness to learn new techniques in speed waxing
• A positive, friendly, upbeat, and personable demeanor
• Professional appearance at all times
• Capability to do all types of body waxing
• Flexible with work schedule, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role is a plus
