About the role

We are seeking a Wax Specialist or Esthetician to join our team at European Wax Center in Naperville East, IL. This is a full-time or part-time position offering a fun, fast-paced environment with flexible workdays and hours.

Responsibilities

• Ensure every guest receives exceptional waxing services
• Utilize innovative products and services
• Advise guests on skincare and brow care
• Work in a team setting with other expert estheticians
• Train and develop new skills through our comprehensive program
• Build a positive relationship with guests to encourage loyalty and repeat visits
• Manage a busy schedule and adapt to changing needs

Requirements

• Licensed Esthetician or Cosmetology license in Illinois
• Willingness to learn new waxing techniques
• A positive, friendly, and upbeat demeanor
• A professional appearance
• Ability to perform all types of body waxing
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
