Waterproofing-Division 7 Journeyman

About the role

DPR Construction is seeking a Carpenter/Journeyman for their Self Perform Division 7 team in the Denver, CO area. The ideal candidate will have commercial construction experience in waterproofing and fire protection scopes including air barriers, joint sealants, floor polishing, below grade waterproofing, hot applied waterproofing, under-slab waterproofing, firestopping, and expansion joint install.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple demanding tasks while producing quality work and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Identify and resolve complex issues.
• Create and support team morale.
• Show excellent listening skills and strong communication abilities.
• Show strong technical knowledge in moisture and fire protection.
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, accounting cost management software, and scheduling software.

Qualifications

• Commercial construction experience in waterproofing and fire prevention scopes.
• Experience in waterproofing and fire prevention scopes such as air barriers, joint sealants, floor polishing, below grade waterproofing, hot applied waterproofing, under-slab waterproofing, firestopping, and expansion joint install.

Skills

• Excellent listening skills and strong communication abilities.
• Ability to identify and resolve complex issues.
• Strong technical knowledge in moisture and fire protection.
• Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, accounting cost management software, and scheduling software.

Benefits
