Waterproofing Carpenter-Foreman (Division 7)

About the role

DPR Construction is seeking a Waterproofing Carpenter/Foreman for their Self Perform Division 7 team in the Orlando, FL area. The ideal candidate will have commercial construction experience, specifically in waterproofing and fire prevention scopes including air barriers, joint sealants, floor polishing, below grade waterproofing, hot applied waterproofing, under-slab waterproofing, firestopping, and expansion joint install.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple demanding tasks while producing quality work and consistently meeting deadlines.
• Identify and resolve complex issues.
• Create and support team morale.
• Show strong technical knowledge in moisture and fire protection.
• Show proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, project management software, accounting cost management software, and scheduling software.
