How You Will Make An Impact

Your work and day-to-day operations are the heartbeat that keeps the site up and running. Our internal and external customers rely on your skills and experience to troubleshoot and creatively solve challenges that arise within the manufacturing site. Your people skills will help create relationships throughout different teams allowing you to suggest continuous improvement opportunities. You will work on projects that increase the efficiency of our site and help ensure products are delivered safely and on time.

Knowledge And Expertise That Matter Most For This Role

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Basic knowledge and/or the ability to learn mechanical properties of mill equipment
• Basic knowledge and/or the ability to learn the paper making process
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft based personal computer software programs
• Working knowledge and/or the ability to learn welding techniques and equipment
• Basic knowledge and/or the ability to learn gas welding, TIG welding, and spot welding
• Basic knowledge of rigging techniques
• Working knowledge and/or the ability to learn to read blue prints
• PREFERRED: CNC experience
• PREFERRED: AutoCad 2D/3D computerized CAD programs
• PREFERRED: Adobe Illustrated
