Responsibilities
- Provide Waterfront Test Manager / Test Coordinator support services to NSWC-PD Department 20 Machinery Programs and Platforms for Surface Ships.
- Cooky interface with shipyard test management personnel.
- Coordinate the execution of NSWC-PD test procedures across varying shifts for personnel safety.
- Interface with shipyard test management personnel.
- Provide weekly status reports per CDRL A001.
Qualifications
- A High School Diploma or GED.
- Graduate of a military school which demonstrate an in-depth knowledge of Naval shipboard systems maintenance and operation OR
- A graduate of a trade, industrial or correspondence school for engineering and have 19 years of Navy Surface ship experience with a minimum of three (3) years experience in the operation, maintenance, testing and repair of HM&E equipment installed on US Navy Surface Ships or Submarines.
- Active Secret Security Clearance.
- U.S. Citizenship Required for the purposes of obtaining/holding a U.S. security clearance.
