Waterfront Staff

About the role

Waterfront counselors are responsible for the safety of campers in the pool while ensuring each child makes progress throughout the summer. Swim instruction is at the core of the program, and counselors are held to the highest standard. The waterfront also provides plenty of time for fun, serving as the place to cool off on hot days.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the safety of all campers in the pool area
• Provide swim instruction to help each child progress
• Maintain high standards for waterfront activities
• Facilitate fun and engaging water-based activities
