We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections that have real specific content. From posting: - Description: "Your role at GEI..." includes about the role. So we can have

About the role

with paragraph(s) summarizing. - Essential Responsibilities & Duties: list of duties. So

Responsibilities

with
  • each bullet. - Minimum Qualifications: list of qualifications. Could be

    Requirements

    or

    Qualifications

. The posting has Minimum Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine into Requirements (minimum) and maybe Skills? But we have separate sections for Qualifications and Skills. We can put Minimum Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred Qualifications under Qualifications, and maybe Skills under Skills (like AutoCAD, Revit, Civil3D, communication, driver's license, etc). However we must not invent content; we need to preserve all substantive info. We have: Minimum Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in 3rd or 4th year of Civil, Structural, or Ocean Engineering (or related) B.S. program at ABET-accredited school. M.S. students also welcome! - Strong sense of curiosity, initiative, attention to detail. - Experience (or strong desire to learn) AutoCAD, Civil3D, or Revit. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Valid U.S. driver’s license and willingness to travel for site work (some overnight trips) - Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions. Preferred Qualifications: - Coursework in structural steel, reinforced concrete, or coastal modeling. - Public speaking or leadership experience. - Diving certification - especially if interested in underwater inspections! We also have "We are GEI..." description about company, maybe "About the role" includes that? Actually "Your role at GEI." is about role. Then later "We are GEI." is about company. Could be part of About the role or separate? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can put company description under About the role maybe. Benefits: The posting includes "GEI’s Total Rewards Package Includes Market-Competitive Compensation Pay Range For This Position: $23.00 – $26.00/hour Connecting Conversation Program with a Focus on Professional Development and Opportunities for Advancement Rewards and Recognition A Vibrant Culture that is Focused on Partnership, Sustainability, Giving Back to Our Communities and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion For Some Positions, Hybrid Work Schedules Are Available And More…" So we have Pay: $23.00 – $26.00/hour. Benefits: list of benefits (Connecting Conversation Program, Rewards and Recognition, Vibrant Culture, Hybrid work schedules). Also maybe "Market-Competitive Compensation" is part of Pay. Schedule: "For Some Positions, Hybrid Work Schedules Are Available". That's schedule info. So we can include Schedule section with that. We must not include boilerplate like EEO etc. Remove that. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID. We must not include placeholder text like "commensurate etc. We need to output only HTML fragment. Let's craft:

Check: We have included all substantive info. Did we miss anything? The description about employee-owned etc. Could be part of About the role or Benefits? It mentions employee-owned, employee-focused, flat leadership, career development, competitive total rewards, well-being program, flexible work arrangements, 4 Cs. That's more benefits/culture. Could incorporate into Benefits or About the role. Since we already have Benefits covering many, we could add those points. But we must not invent; we can include them as they are substantive. Let's add to Benefits list: employee-owned company with flat leadership structure, career development opportunities, competitive total rewards, well-being program, flexible work arrangements, 4 Cs (Client‑Centered, Curious, Collaborative, Community Minded). However the instruction: Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. We already have Benefits; we can add more items. Let's update Benefits list with those items. Also we might include "Employee‑owned. Employee‑focused." as a bullet. Thus Benefits: - Employee‑owned, employee‑focused company with a flat leadership structure. - Career development opportunities. - Competitive total rewards. - Well‑being program. - Flexible work arrangements. - Culture guided by the 4 Cs: Client‑Centered, Curious, Collaborative, Community Minded. - Connecting Conversation Program... - Rewards and recognition. - Vibrant culture... - Hybrid work schedules... We must ensure not to duplicate. We'll combine. Now check for any other info: "See all our office locations here." That's a link; we can drop as it's navigation. "Get to know us better by visiting GEI’s career site here." Also navigation. Remove. Physical requirements etc. That's boilerplate; we should remove as per instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical requirements might be considered boilerplate? It's not EEO but it's detailed physical demands. The instruction says remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. Physical requirements not explicitly listed to remove, but it's quite detailed and maybe considered boilerplate? However it's substantive info about physical demands. The instruction says "Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail." So we should keep physical requirements if they are substantive. But we have no section for Physical Requirements; we could add a section? Not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings are About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Physical requirements could go under Requirements or maybe Skills? But it's about physical demands, not qualifications. Could be part of Requirements (maybe as "Physical Requirements"). However the instruction says to use those headings only; we cannot add other headings. So we must fit physical requirements into one of those sections. Probably under Requirements (as they are requirements). Or under Skills? Better under Requirements as they are job requirements. Thus we need to incorporate physical requirements into Requirements section. But we already have Requirements with qualifications. We could add a sublist or just add more bullet points under Requirements. Let's extract physical requirements from the posting: Functional Demands Sedentary x Light Medium Other Activity Level Throughout Workday (check one per row) Physical Activity Requirements Occasional (0-35% of day) Frequent (33-66% of day) Continuous (67-100% of day) Not Applicable Sitting X (4+ hours) Standing X (1-2 hours) Walking X (1-2 hours) Climbing X Lifting (floor to waist level) (in pounds) (0-25 lbs) Lifting (waist level and above) (in pounds) (0-25 lbs) Carrying objects X Push/pull X Twisting X Bending X Reaching forward X Reaching overhead X Squat/kneel/crawl X Wrist position deviation X Pinching/fine motor skills X Keyboard use/repetitive motion X (4+ hours) Taste or smell X Talk or hear X Accurate 20/40 Very Accurate 20/20 Not Applicable Near Vision X Far Vision X Yes No Not Applicable Color Discrimination X Sensory Requirements Minimal Moderate Accurate Not Applicable Depth perception X Hearing X Environment Requirements Occupational Exposure Risk Potential Reasonably Anticipated Not Anticipated Blood borne pathogens X Chemical X Airborne communicable diseases X Extreme temperatures X Radiation X Uneven surfaces or elevations X Extreme noise levels X Dust/particulate matter X That's a lot of detail. It's basically a checklist. We could summarize: Requires ability to sit 4+ hours, stand/walk 1-2 hours, occasional climbing, lift up to 25 lbs, carry objects, push/pull, twist, bend, reach, squat/kneel/crawl, fine motor skills, keyboard use 4+ hours, talk/hear, near/far vision, color discrimination, depth perception, exposure to chemicals, uneven surfaces, extreme noise, dust/particulate matter. This is substantive. We should include these as bullet points under Requirements. But we must be careful not to make the section too long; but it's okay. Thus Requirements will have both minimum qualifications and physical requirements. We'll restructure Requirements: maybe separate Minimum Qualifications and Physical Requirements as subheadings? But we cannot add extra headings beyond allowed. However we could still use

    or

inside Requirements. We can have two
lists: one for qualifications, one for physical demands. That's fine. Now we need to ensure we don't duplicate content: we already have qualifications like AutoCAD etc. We'll keep those. Now we need to check for any other substantive info: "We are GEI..." we used in About the
