About the role
Responsible for managing a retail store, overseeing operations, customer service, and inventory management. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
- Manage employee performance, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training and development opportunities.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem resolution.
- Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer experiences.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience.
- Proven ability to manage a team and lead employees effectively.
- Strong customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Knowledge of retail operations, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
