About the role

Responsible for managing a retail store, overseeing operations, customer service, and inventory management. Ensures compliance with company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations including opening and closing procedures, staff scheduling, and inventory management.
• Manage employee performance, conduct performance evaluations, and provide training and development opportunities.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service and problem resolution.
• Comply with all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth store operations and customer experiences.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of retail management experience.
• Proven ability to manage a team and lead employees effectively.
• Strong customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities.
• Knowledge of retail operations, including point-of-sale systems and inventory management.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Pay
