About the role

We are looking for an experienced manager to lead our team in a shared journey of growth and success. As a Co-Manager, you will be actively engaged in the store’s processes and procedures to meet and exceed financial goals, lead and guide your team with passion, and execute daily, weekly, and yearly merchandising plans for the seasonal department.

• Previous big-box retail management experience.
• Ability to process information and make sound business decisions.
• Openness to relocation for promotion.

Pay

Starting salary range: $70,000 to $77,000 plus annual bonus.
