Job Responsibilities
- Carry out routine water and wastewater tests
- Enter test results and readings into the logbook and data management system
- Collect regulatory samples and meter readings
- Troubleshoot equipment issues and report needed repairs
- Perform maintenance and repairs on equipment
- Track lab supplies and inform the manager when supplies need replenishing
- Aid teammates and train staff as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organize the facility
- Follow safety guidelines and report safety concerns
- Respond to on-call emergencies
- Report issues and operational changes to the manager
- Perform additional duties as required
Requirements
- Obtain water/wastewater certifications as part of career development
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid state driver’s license with a history of responsible driving
- Ability to speak and hear for 4-8 hours/day
- Ability to walk and stand for 4-8 hours/day
- Ability to bend, reach, push, pull, lift up to 50 lbs occasionally, and operate various tools
Qualifications
- Technical or mechanical experience preferred
- Proficiency with computers and software applications

Work Schedule
40 hours per week with a rotating on-call schedule.
Work Location
The primary work locations are Claremont and Newbury, New Hampshire, with regular travel between these sites as needed.
