Water/Wastewater Senior Project Manager
About the role
We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior Project Manager to join our growing Water/Wastewater team in St. Paul.
Responsibilities
- Lead projects on schedule and within budget from kickoff through delivery
- Manage project teams, mentor junior staff, and support professional development
- Serve as a technical resource and trusted client partner
- Support proposal development, interviews, and strategic growth initiatives
- Oversee construction administration and coordinate with contractors and field staff
- Ensure high-quality project delivery through strong QA/QC practices
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering (Master’s preferred)
- 10+ years of water/wastewater engineering experience
- Strong project management and client relationship skills
- Experience leading wastewater design and construction projects
- Current Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
Qualifications
- Experience in leading impactful infrastructure projects
- Ability to contribute to the growth of our Midwest operations
- Desire to play a larger role in client strategy, project delivery, and long-term practice development

Pay
The expected compensation range for this position is displayed in accordance with the Minnesota Omnibus Labor and Industry Policy Bill Article 7 Section 2. The final agreed-upon compensation is based on a number of factors, including but not limited to: individual education, qualifications, skills, prior work experience, competencies, and geographic work location. The total annual compensation package may consist of a base salary and eligibility to participate, after a qualifying period, in our performance and discretionary incentive bonus program(s).
