Responsibilities

• Update customer contact information as needed
• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and in-person
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer records

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (for in-person interactions)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• 1-2 years of customer service experience
