Water/Wastewater Modeler Project Engineer

About the role

Develop and execute hydraulic and hydrologic models for water and wastewater systems, analyze system performance, identify issues, and provide innovative solutions to improve efficiency and reliability. Support design, planning, and operational management of infrastructure projects, conduct feasibility studies, prepare technical reports, and present findings to stakeholders. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure projects meet technical, regulatory, and budgetary standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering or related field
• Experience in water/wastewater modeling using software like EPANET, SWMM, or HEC-RAS
• Strong understanding of water distribution and wastewater collection systems
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and project management skills
• Professional licensure is preferred but not required
