About the role
The Nebraska Water/Wastewater Leader will oversee the water/wastewater staff, collaborate on strategic planning, and manage projects.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with market, sector, discipline, and geography leads on strategic planning and business development.
- Manage and lead the water/wastewater staff, including recruiting, retaining, and developing team members.
- Ensure consistent meeting of company high-performance expectations for utilization and financial performance.
- Manage multiple projects or assist project teams with project management duties and best practices.
Requirements
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to contribute and work well on a team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in the consulting industry.
- At least 4 years of experience supervising others.
- Established background in the water/wastewater industry.
- Daily management and leadership experience.
