Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of engineering professionals.
- Manage and oversee water and wastewater infrastructure projects.
- Develop and strengthen client relationships while supporting business development efforts.
- Provide technical guidance, quality oversight, and project leadership.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to support long-term growth initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
- 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater engineering.
- Strong background in project management, client engagement, and business development.
- Proven leadership, communication, and team-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality results.
Pay
$115,000 - $165,000 per year
