Water Truck Driver

About the role

Join FlatironDragados, one of North America’s most respected and fastest growing heavy civil construction companies, on our VIA project. As a team member, you will transport materials by driving vehicles and trucks on, to or from construction sites.

Responsibilities

• Operate company trucks in compliance with DOT and CDL regulations
• Safely haul materials, equipment, and supplies to and from job sites
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and basic maintenance checks
• Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with load securement requirements
• Transport materials such as aggregate, asphalt, fuel, or water as required
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, and field crews
• Work safely in active roadway construction zones and traffic-controlled areas

Requirements

• Valid CDL (Class A or B, as applicable)
• Experience hauling or moving heavy equipment between job sites
• Ability to properly tie down and secure equipment per standards
• Working knowledge of CDL rules and DOT regulations
• Ability to hold or obtain Tanker and/or Hazmat endorsements
• General knowledge of heavy civil construction equipment and operations
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
• Experience with construction equipment preferred

Pay

Salary range: $21.00/Hr - $26.00/Hr
