Water Treatment Specialist

What You’ll Do

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and service water treatment systems, including: Water softeners Acid neutralizers Reverse osmosis (RO) systems Filtration systems and related equipment
• Interact with customers in a professional, service-oriented manner
• Document service calls, customer interactions, and system performance
• Aid with training and mentoring apprentices or helpers
• Load, transport, and maintain tools, equipment, and materials
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical or plumbing-related systems
• Knowledge of water treatment, plumbing, or related field preferred
• Ability to safely use tools and equipment
• Valid driver’s license and ability to meet company driving/insurance requirements
• Willingness to participate in weekend or on-call rotation as needed

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift, carry, and move equipment (up to approximately 50 lbs)
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and remain active for extended periods
• Ability to use hands and arms for installation, repair, and tool operation
• Ability to work in confined spaces and varying environmental conditions
