Pay

Hourly wage of $34.20 – $39.25, depending on experience, skills, and education.

Schedule

Full‑time position with guaranteed hours. 12‑hour day/night rotating shifts, with overtime as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Operate equipment and processes at the Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP), including anaerobic reactor, aerobic reactors, DAFs, chemical feed systems, pumps, blowers, and biogas system.
• Collect and analyze samples from various locations within the wastewater plant to monitor system health and make adjustments.
• Evaluate sample data to implement process changes that improve treatment efficiency and maintain compliance.
• Perform Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM) / Continuous Improvement (CID) duties, including daily rounds for the assigned area.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in an industrial setting; preferably 5 + years in wastewater operations.
• Commitment to a safety‑first, interdependent attitude.

• Strong mechanical ability; experience in the chemical industry is an asset.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a team‑empowerment culture.
• Effective communication skills and willingness to participate in team meetings.
