Water Treatment Manager
About the role
Lead regional water and wastewater projects and guide a growing team within a firm known for long‑term partnerships and technical excellence. Oversee treatment facilities, distribution and collection systems, pump stations, lift stations, and regional planning initiatives.
The job involves leading the regional water and wastewater team, overseeing complex infrastructure projects from initial planning through final delivery, building and maintaining strong relationships with municipal clients, and serving as a trusted seller/doer who moves critical community projects forward.
Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop engineers and project managers.
- Direct project planning, budgeting, scheduling, and execution to ensure technical excellence, regulatory compliance, and successful outcomes.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of water and wastewater work, including treatment facility design, distribution and collection systems, pump stations, lift stations, asset management, and regional planning.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) license.
- 12+ years of experience.
