From new system installs to maintenance and diagnostics, this role is ideal for those who take pride in precise, professional work and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Professionally install and service water softeners, reverse osmosis systems, and filtration equipment.
• Verify proper plumbing, drainage, and electrical connections before installation.
• Perform system testing (water hardness, pressure, and performance) before and after setup.
• Communicate clearly with customers about their system, maintenance, and warranty details.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and truck; follow company safety and quality standards.
• Collaborate with field leads, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed

Requirements

• Experience in water treatment or plumbing preferred (will train the right person).
• Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
• Willingness to learn AWS standards and represent our brand with pride.
