About the role

The Water Treatment Field Service Technician will install, service, and maintain water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle. Training will be provided, but previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience is encouraged.

Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and maintain water purification equipment
  • Utilize a company service vehicle
  • Provide equipment specific training
  • Work in a high customer-facing position
  • Identify and remedy potential safety concerns
  • Occasional overnight travel (15%) and local home-daily travel (85%)

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent
  • 2+ years technical experience preferred, particularly in industrial or commercial process water
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, including smart device use
  • Ability to work in a high customer-facing position
  • Pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
  • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $27 to $31/hr. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience, and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.

Schedule

This position has general day shift hours M-F with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends.
