Water Treatment Field Service Technician

About the role

The Water Treatment Field Service Technician will install, service, and maintain water purification equipment, utilizing a company service vehicle. Equipment specific training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and maintain water purification equipment
• Utilize a company service vehicle
• Provide equipment specific training
• Willing to train the right person with previous technical/mechanical/plumbing experience encouraged
• Work general day shift hours with overtime opportunities and a compensated on-call rotation with occasional afternoons/weekends

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years technical experience including industrial or commercial process water experience
• Basic controls ability (PLC)
• Experience with Microsoft Office, including the ability to utilize smart devices
• Ability to work in a high customer-facing position
• Ability to identify and remedy potential safety concerns
• Pass a background check, drug screen, MVR, and DOT physical
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Pay

The estimated salary range for this position is $26 to $32. Starting pay is dependent on multiple factors, such as skills, experience and work location, and is not typically at the top of the range.
