Water Technician

About the role

Guarantee Restoration Services is seeking a Water Technician to join their team in Pearl, MS. The position is full-time and permanent, requiring after-hours and weekend work as needed.

Responsibilities

• Aid project managers on various construction projects
• Specialize in water damage from small to large-scale flooding projects
• Learn about different types of drying equipment
• Perform general labor duties such as gutting, cleaning, and packing
• Assist with demolition and reconstruction tasks
• Conduct pre and post-construction clean-up

Requirements

• At least 1-3 years of experience in water mitigation projects preferred
• Valid driver’s license required
• Own reliable transportation
• Available to work weekdays, nights, and weekends
• On-call for after-hours work
• Hardworking with attention to detail
• Excellent relationship-building and maintenance skills
• Reliable, dependable, and drug-free

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a relevant training program in water mitigation or similar field

Skills

• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency with common tools and equipment used in water mitigation
