Water Restoration Technician

About the role

As a Water Restoration Technician, you'll play a critical role in helping property owners recover from unexpected disasters by responding to water, fire, storm, and other property damage emergencies. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same, requiring compassion, professionalism, and urgency during difficult situations.

Responsibilities

• Respond to water, fire, storm, and other property damage emergencies
• Perform mitigation and emergency services to prevent further damage
• Operate specialized equipment and technology
• Work closely with homeowners, business owners, and insurance professionals
• Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and urgency during difficult situations
• Take pride in delivering exceptional results and restoring peace of mind

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a criminal record check
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as needed
• Ability to frequently lift up to 75 lbs
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Customer service mindset and excellent communication skills

Previous restoration experience is an asset, but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Pay

$20.00 - $25.00 per hour
