Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Chemical, Mechanical engineering, or a related discipline.
- Professional Engineer (PE) Licensure from the State of California or ability to obtain within 12 months.
- Demonstrated understanding of wastewater collection and conveyance systems, pump stations, and treatment facilities.
- Strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated self-starter.
- Project management experience for wastewater utility projects, along with related master planning, design, and project development experience.
- Demonstrated ability to develop relationships with clients and win work.
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong network with Northern California municipalities and exceptional client-facing skills.
- Enthusiasm for mentoring and inspiring collaboration across teams.
Pay
The salary range reflects the minimum and maximum target new hire salaries for this position across all U.S. locations. The base salary range for this position is $119,800.00 to $273,300.00. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
