About the role
This position is responsible for managing the operations of the water treatment plant.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the water treatment plant
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Manage staff and provide guidance on best practices
- Respond to emergencies and incidents related to water treatment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in water treatment operations
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
Qualifications
- Strong leadership skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of water treatment processes
- Experience with water quality testing and monitoring
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents

Pay
The salary range for this position is $70,000 - $80,000 annually.
Schedule
The schedule for this position is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
