Water Mitigation Support Technician
The Role
This role pays $18–$20/hour, with premium rates available. This is a dynamic, on-call position where your hours depend entirely on emergency call volume.

THE REALITY OF THE ROLE
This is not a typical 9-to-5. This is a dynamic, on-call position where your hours depend entirely on emergency call volume-some weeks might be 15 hours, others might be 50. What You'll Do
- Act as a critical support tech on emergency water mitigation jobs (setting equipment, extraction, demolition)
- Shadow our Project Managers to learn the documentation, compliance, and field-scoping side of the business on the fly
