We’re Hiring: Water Mitigation Technician
We’re looking for a Water Mitigation Technician who is interested in restoration, construction, or a related field. They should have a strong work ethic and positive attitude, a valid driver’s license and clean driving record, and IICRC WRT/ASD certifications (preferred).

What You’ll Be Doing
- Customer Service: Communicate with customers, explain the process, and provide top-tier service.
- Water Mitigation: Operate drying and extraction equipment, and document everything clearly.
- Light Demo: Remove non-structural elements like drywall, flooring, and fixtures
- Emergency Response: Participate in our rotating on-call schedule to respond to emergency losses.

The Details
- Pay: $20–$25/hr + on-call bonuses ($50–$200/job depending on type)
- Schedule: Full-time, rotating emergency response coverage
